Pull karte waqt sirf weight nahi, discipline aur patience bhi develop ho rahe hain.
Back kaam kar rahi hai, arms ke saath posture bhi straight ho raha hai 💪
Zindagi abhi bhi sorted nahi hai, par direction clear ho rahi hai — kyunki strong back sirf body ko nahi, character ko bhi support deta hai 💯
